Step to Convert OLM to PST Manually

Step 1. Setting up IMAP account using Gmail account

Launch the Gmail account by providing credentials to initiate the process to convert OLM to PST manually.
Click on the gear button from the top corner of Gmail and click on Settings option to convert OLM to PST file format.
From the Settings page go to the Forwarding and POP / IMAP tab.
Check your IMAP status, if it is disabled then enable it and Save the changes by clicking on the Save Changes button.
After following these sub-steps user will be able to create an IMAP account. After that, users need to install Outlook Mac with an IMAP mail account.

Step 2. Setup Outlook Mac with IMAP Mail Account

Open Outlook application on your Mac machine and go to Menu -> Tools -> Accounts and export Outlook OLM to PST
Enter the email address and password and click the Add Account button.
The IMAP mail account is configured and viewed on the Mail tab.
After applying these sub-steps, users need to create a Gmail label to synchronize between Outlook for Mac and IMAP account. To do this, follow the steps below.

Step 3. Create a Label in the Gmail Profile

First of all, open your Gmail account. Then click on the gear icon in the right side. Then, click on the Settings button.
Select the label and here and click on the Create New label and show checked in the IMAP box.
Go to your Mac Outlook and click Send / Receive.

Step 4. Transfer Emails from Mac Outlook to IMAP Mailbox

Open Outlook for Mac, right click on the mailbox item you want to transfer to Outlook for Windows.
Then choose Move -> Copy to folder.
Type the name of your IMAP folder and click Copy.
Click Send / Receive folder or Refresh on Gmail to update the mailbox.
Now all your copied mailbox data are synchronized to the IMAP mailbox folder.

I have read this information and understand a little bit about what it is and how to use it. Can someone help me and suggest an app or website I can use? I need to convert data from Mac Mail. Thanks for your help.

Step 1: Creating an IMAP account:

Open Gmail and Goto Settings.
Choose Forwarding and POP/IMAP option.
Now see the IMAP status if not enabled, enable IMAP, and save changes.
Step 2: Configuring Mac Outlook with IMAP Account:

Open Outlook(in Mac) and go to Tools Tab and Select Accounts.
Select Email and provide your credentials.
Enter the IMAP server, Select an SSL connection with the SMTP server, and 465 as the port number, and select Add Account.
Step 3: Export MAC Outlook Mails to IMAP Account:

Start the Outlook on MAC and choose the items.
Right Click on the folder, choose Move >> Copy to Folder.
Find your IMAP folder and select Copy.
Now update the IMAP folder with Send/Recieve button which moves your OLM Emails to IMAP format.
Step 4: Setup Windows Outlook with the IMAP Account:

In Control Panel, select Mail >> Email Accounts >> New.
Choose manually configure server settings and click Next.
Select the IMAP/POP setting and click on Next to proceed.
Give your IMAP account credentials along with incoming and outgoing server specifications and click on More Settings.
Enter 465 as the SMPT server port number and select the SSL connection.
In the Advanced Tab set 993 as the port number of the IMAP server and choose SSL.
At last, click on Next after a few minutes click Finish.

Follow the given steps to create a PST file in Outlook for Mac: Open Mac Outlook and Navigate the file menu and click on the Export option. Enable the radio buttons of ‘Outlook for Mac Data File’ and click on right arrow from Outlook Export Wizard. Select an option from ‘Delete After Exporting?
