Issue: You've set up ads in your app, but you can't see
them.
Steps to help resolve this issue:
Step 1: Verify your placement IDs for AdMob or Appnext. To do this,
navigate to the Ad Network Settings in the Monetize page and ensure the placement
IDs are saved.
Step 2: Double-check the placement IDs for any errors. They should
match exactly with the IDs provided by AdMob or Appnext.
Step 3: For Appodeal, confirm that your App monetization status is
Approved. This information can be found in the Ad Network Settings on the Monetize
page.
Step 4: Review your Ad Revenue setting. It should not be set to
"Disable all ads". Instead, it should be either "Enable Ads" or "Double Ad
revenue".
Step 5: Try reopening your app several times. We employ a 50/50
revenue share, meaning our ads are displayed during 50% of app sessions.
Step 6: Check your app statistics, particularly the daily usage
numbers. If these are low (around 10-20), consider promoting your app. Ad networks
may be hesitant to provide impressions for apps with low popularity.
Step 7: If you're using AdMob, ensure your app isn't still under
review. AdMob restricts ad serving during the review period.
Step 8: Make sure your app is up-to-date. Check your AppsGeyser
dashboard for any update notifications.
