Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

AppsGeyser (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for application creation. This policy governs the cancellation and refund process for all subscriptions and services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that our billing is managed via Chargebee and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Subscription Cancellation Logic

Our system is configured to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.

• Cancellation Timing: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Access Period: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active in “Cancel at end of term” status. You will retain full access to premium features until the final day of your current billing cycle.
• No Prorated Credits: We do not provide automatic credits or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a limited refund window to ensure a fair trial of our services:

• The 7-Day Rule: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original transaction date.
• Eligible Cases: Full refunds (for example, USD $49.00) are typically granted for accidental duplicate billing or confirmed technical defects that prevent application generation.
• Ineligibility: We reserve the right to deny refunds if the account has already been used to download or publish mobile applications (APK and/or IPA files) during the requested refund period.

4. Processing and Regional Timelines

• Initiation: Once approved, refunds are triggered immediately through Paddle.
• Global Cards / PayPal: Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days.
• India (UPI & NetBanking): Due to local banking protocols, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your bank statement.

5. Taxes and Compliance

As we have reached tax registration thresholds in multiple jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom, European Union, and India), all applicable VAT, GST, or Sales Tax is calculated at checkout.

Tax Refunds: When a refund is processed, the full tax amount collected for that transaction will be returned to you in accordance with international tax laws.

6. Fraud and Chargeback Prevention

To protect our platform, initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team at support@appsgeyser.com will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated mobile applications.
